Australian painter and illustrator

I take artistic inspiration from the wildlife and scenery around my childhood home in the Northern Territory. Living away from home in a city apartment, I always sought to bring home to me by painting the places I love and miss - capturing the rugged terrain and secret oases.

With a degree in Ecology, my love of the natural world comes through in my art. I most enjoy highlighting the beauty of the lesser known and misunderstood members of the animal kingdom - namely reptiles and insects. I work with a variety of mediums, including graphite & coloured pencils, acrylic paints, pens and watercolour.

When not creating art, I am an avid reader and a keen bushwalker.
